As I progress in my development as a blogger, it has begun to dawn on me that like everything else in my life, planning and development go hand and hand.

As software developers, my husband and I have always had a technology plan that makes an attempt to go out 5 years. You can never really be effective to the 5 year mark due to the nature of changing technology. However, just the act of planning has an effect. I alway told my software development clients that you should have a 5 year business development plan and co-development plan for technology in support of your primary business plan. It is only natural that I would look at blogging in a similar fashion.

Redding and Shasta County are known for diverse environment and beauty of three surrounding mountain ranges.
