Dancing with Pinterest - Real Estate Gone Bananas - Finding the Road to Balance and Happiness--all things are good if you choose to see them that way. It is a refined art and way of life. I have been away from ActiveRain for a while and although each and every day, I have had a thought to return.....I am pleased to say that there is a new awareness in my life and it seems to be resident.
A Review of the Last Few Months would involved several topics. Some of more interest than others. I will choose to write about the interesting ones because I want to. There is an unfolding going on and I have to say that while there have been some disappointments there has also been such evolution going on for the lifestyle that we live and work.
Dancing with Pinterest--it all began with exploring Pinterest and finding a visual world to market and brand for who I am as a person and as a Realtor. The possibilities for us are endless with our plans for Pinterest. It has reformatted my brain and caused a revolution in my thinking. It became that one little step that created a whirlwind of change for me and leads me forward in a new world of marketing.
Photo Art--Pinterest has taken me to the next step in my creative love of photography and art. Exploring Pinterest has broadened my palette for refinement in what my eye loves and what makes my heart delight. Spirit is so necessary in life and for me it is connected visually to my world in all I do. I found a playground of visual delights that is like traveling the world over to share and to embrace what makes us dance. It is diverse and it is up to each individual to carve out what makes you dance and allows you to discover new levels of creativity.
I have long wanted to put a focus on my photographic work. Pinterest has helped me move in that direction. I created my first photo blog on Tumblr.com. It is the launching pad for my photo art that I Pin to a Board on Pinterest. As I enjoyed learning how to pin on Pinterest....I created many boards that were fun and heartful for me. One that I particularly enjoy is a Board about Pink things and I named it Pinkster. It is my favorite Board and so as things have evolved, I looked for a domain name for my Tumblr blog. Pinkster was taken but iPinkster was available and so check out my photo blog at www.iPinskter.com. I love it!
Marketing and Branding--what a lovely way to brand who you are and to embrace the lifestyle of your work and how you live. Connection to our world and how we see the world is on a more real level than verbal communication can convey. Art has always been a beautiful thing for me for there are not words but only the visual connection of my heart to the work. Just as Social Media awakened within me a need to be creative in expression of words and thoughts so has Pinterest moved that forward with the combination of artful expression that can have tendrils of connection to a brand, service or product. It becomes very compelling and effective.
Real Estate Gone Bananas--our local real estate market has gone bananas and is so wild that it is surreal. I have grown to understand and be comfortable with the fact that I am an objective observer of the market and here as a guide for others. I am only interested in speaking with those that can hear. We have downsized and positioned our lifestyle to work in a balanced and happy way. As my work in marketing and branding for our real estate business has evolved so has our love to share the beauty of our area and to share with relocation clients the diverse lifestyle choices that exists here in Shasta County, California. All our work continues to promote and establish the business we wish to nurture and grow. We are designing our future and how it will all come together.
The Road to Balance and Happiness--life is so grand and offers such opportunity. All things are possible and it is our choice to view life as our opportunity to design and live the life we choose. We can do it...all of us...we just have to want to.
