Great Info Jeanean!  While blogging is important in bringing in new business, keeping in touch with those clients is equally important.  To ensure you have their business for years to come you can use the same strategy with sites like Facebook and Linked In to keep in touch, and stay connected for years to come.

Robert, that's the part about being the best that you can be at what you do. The entire traditional model of being that Professional Realtor that makes those phone call each day and follows up with their clients is lumped into that part. Our world is changing rapidly and while there will never be a replacement for relationships....they way we stay in touch has changed. Facebook and LinkedIn are valuable tools for making that easier.
