I have a listing appointment today with a very important client. I want the listing and I'm getting the listing. I have a very competent partner in my business presentation. I show my clients the Custom IDX solution that all my websites use to help clients look for and find listings. Buyers are able to set up an account and save searches and receive custom emails by their own design. I don't require that anyone fill out a form. It is free to anyone for their use and helps me get listings sold.
My IDX is sponsored on 11 communities and Cities here in Redding and Shasta County. When you click on "search for properties" on the Localism Cities and Communities that I sponsor....you are directed to my website and IDX system. We provide maps and dynamic links to all the Active Listings for that Community. Guess what...your Community is one I sponsor and all this powerful opportunity can be utilized to sell you home.
My marketing plan has all the traditional local marketing things outlined for my client. The grand finale is all about the future of Internet Marketing and how it is critical to the future of real estate. Thinking outside the box is to think differently, unconventionally or from a new perspective. This phrase often refers to novel, creative and smart thinking.
For me, this is baseline thinking and rather on the "connect the dots" level. It is not one thing we do when we market but all the things we do that nets a result. We should be building local knowledge and market reports for the Consumer. We should be providing IDX solutions that provide dynamic links so those buyers looking in our markets have the most current and up-to-date listing information.
