Jeanean, that is spectacular!
Wow, it is so hard for me to do Speechless Sunday. This is the first time I've managed to not put something in the body of the post. I felt a bit better with the idea that I could provide a comment at least.
You won't believe what this is. He took this photo from between his knees at the cords coming down from his computer. His magic is in Photoshop and what he does there. I can't take the computer cords of my computer and do squat. Hope you like it on this nice Sunday day.
I would have to say that is art from my point of view on this side of the world.
Hello Harry, it appears that way to me as well. He's managing to become good at the printing aspect of the work as well. He's blessed with a large format printer that does incredible prints. It is one thing to create the art and another to manage the printing of in wysiwyg. Gosh...it's been so long since I've used that word....I'm wondering if I have it right. Anyway, the print is as vivid as it is on screen. It just blows my socks off.
I'm not sure what that is Jeanean, but it's pretty cool
Scott, I know....his art is so very many times that way. He meets with a close knit group of photographers here in Redding and they are all very good at their work. David is always breaking boundaries. On the other hand, he has learned so much from their knowledge of photography and printing. It is the highlight of the month for him and it gives me great pleasure to see him have such fun. Thanks for stopping by!
Goodness, how absolutely spectacular!
Hello Tish, yes he is something alright. This particular photo just blows me away. Thanks for stopping by. You can see more of his work HERE.
Really, that's a photo? It seems there are a lot of cool things that I don't know how to do. I'm glad you have a link to more of his stuff.......will head right over there and check it out!
Okay, I went and checked it out. LOVED the clock.....it has that melting Salvador Dali thing going for it. David is quite talented and must have a lot of fun doing this!
Jeanean...wow David is very talented! leaves me speechless!
Ann, thanks for exploring David's work. He's doing some good work and it's nice to share it. Thanks for the stop by and comment. I brought him in to see your comment. It means a lot! Thank you!
Rebecca, thanks for the visit on this nice "Speechless Sunday". At least I can be gabby in the comments!
Hi Jeanean , really like this kind opf stuff I am glad i saw it. I spent a while looking at it. So from my desk i went to the art museum today !!!
Hello Charlie, I caution all those who visit David's Blog site. He's rather amazing and I'm privileged to be his friend.
Amazing stuff, Jeanean! I continue to be astounded by what some folks can do with a camera!
Mryl, me too. He's progressed beyond....well something. One thing that always held him back was the printing. He's worked diligently to overcome that and now his prints are as dynamic as the work on screen. That is the major accomplishment in all this. Well, I'll have to qualify that. The way he sees the world is the first and most gifted part of his work. Thanks for the stop by. We always like the photography part!
