Don't you just love it all....life that is. I love the things of the past and the way it made us who we are and I love living in the present moment and enjoying it all! I also love knowing that how I am living in the present moment is also creating how things will be as I walk through that doorway to the future and new things.
Two dear friends showed up in the RAIN recently and I am so happy to see them. One has been away for a while and the other for a few months. It made me smile to see them in my subscribed blog roll. We have journeys to take and things to do but it is so nice meeting back here in the RAIN and catching up. It is a good day for remembering things of the past and enjoying the present that will lead to tomorrow.
I am happy for the day.

Jeanean - I always so enjoy your unique photos! And yes, I do enjoy life. Interestingly, this morning I had breakfast with a few "kids" that I went to Jr. High School with. I hadn't seen a couple of them since school days. . .Don't you dare ask how long ago that was; but trust me, it was a very long time. It was so interesting to look at the little faces in an old yellowed class photo, and then follow the paths taken since then. All those little faces. . .Who knew!

Myrl, I found all my little girl friends from high school on facebook. It is very fun to stay in touch with them and see how their lives are day to day. We planned on getting together but I am a long ways from Texas and so it will hopefully happen soon. I hope you had a great time. It sounds like fun.
