FIELD THEORY--I often write about the unified field of physics. I put most people to sleep with it but for me it remains and always will be a fascinating topic. The emergent qualities of the field are always manifesting and moving to create some new and wonderful dynamic that will improve the whole of the field. There exists many small tangents that are trying to manifest into that next large emergence of where Nature will go and how it will evolve.

ACTIVERAIN COMMUNITY--And so communities can be represented in much the same way. If you choose to look at ActiveRain as the field of emerging tangents of improvement to the field of Real Estate, we are often one of the small tangents that will form and manifest into the next breakthrough element that changes the field. Whether it is technology, marketing, knowledge or just relationships when the field is fertile then things will grow and manifest.

What makes the field fertile and supportive of growth. Nature brings those elements that allow growth together so that she may manifest life. She requires that there be certain elements to support life. Earth, water, fire, and air combine to provide that basis for growth and evolution.

WELTANSHAUUNG--provides those elements by which we govern our behavior within the field of community here in the RAIN. We have a fertile field in which we can experience growth on many levels. Just as the elements of Nature must be present for the field to prosper, so must the elements of proper behavior and engagement be pure and giving in the ActiveRain Forum (field).

Value in the Membership - Knowledge Community--the vast array of knowledge that comes together here in the RAIN to share and to engage does provide the highest level of exchange and change. Change brings about new opportunity and it the basis for improvement. We have an abundance of growth potential here as the members share their knowledge and experience.

Engagement--learning through spirited discourse--the debate is often spirited and through this exchange of ideas and perspectives comes an opportunity to learn and grow and to share perspectives. When we listen and allow ourselves the opportunity to entertain the perspective of another, we know no limits to what we can learn.

Ethical Behavior--always promoting the highest moral and ethical behavior protects the community/field and provides that fertile environment for all to prosper. We have no responsibility to change others only ourselves.

Respect--we may not all be a like but the diversity that lives here in the community/field is the element that enriches our engagement and our opportunity to learn. If we were all "peas" we would just all be green and round. Respecting the entire community is the magic of the opportunity to see things new and to allow them to change how you view the world. I actually like "peas" and can find diversity in "peas". Even "peas" have a perspective.

Market Knowledge--by sharing our market knowledge across the markets we are becoming more global in our view. We see how the markets are responding and/or trending and are better able to help our local markets. When we cooperate and collaborate with shared knowledge we broaden our own knowledge base. It is critical to doing the best work in our local markets. It is so rich here in the RAIN with the ability to share market data across our markets that it spirals forth those emergent qualitys of learning and growing.

Helping to Achieve Home Ownership--and it all relates to helping people with the dream of Home Ownership. It is a vital core of the lifestyles of people all over the world. It is a field that manifests a rare type of individual committed to helping others to achieve their goal to own a home. Their commitment must be to learning how to be the best in what they do. They come together in a Community to support and learn from each other. Just as Nature puts all the right elements together that will allow for growth and change to come, so do we find those elements needed to grow and change here in the RAIN.
