Redding Real Estate ~ Is Your Real Estate Agent Blogging?

webRedding Real Estate ~ Is Your Real Estate Agent Blogging?

Redding Real Estate is changing and the internet is becoming a more important tool for the seller and the buyer living in Redding, California.

In a short span of time 70% of buyers looking for homes on the internet has changed to 80% of buyers looking on the internet for their perspective homes. That is a significant change.

Your real estate agent should be providing you with every advantage that the internet can provide. You should be offered a dedicated website for your listing and a virtual tour that is compelling and beautiful. You should have beautiful signage and a rider directing the drive-by buyers to your dedicated website for viewing prior to appointment to view. When that buyer is pre-sold on the features of your home, they are a much more serious buyer when they come to view your home.  You should have virtual flyers and posting of your listing to the major real estate websites. You should have your listing posted to your agents website(s) and to their blog.

Redding Real Estate is changing and you deserve to work with a Redding Real Estate Agent that has invested in the internet and all the marketing capabilities that are there to get your home SOLD!

One of the key ways you can tell if your Redding Real Estate Agent is able to offer you these important advantages is if they are maintaining and contributing regularly to a real estate blog to bring the consumer information, relevant topics and information on your listing.

Please visit my websites and research real estate blogging and how it can help sell your home.

Thanks for the post. My difficulty is spending the time blogging and not prospecting my past clients. I know calling them will generate business and the past few months of blogging takes time I hope will generate a return soon. Thnaks for you info.

Hello Terry, thanks for commenting. I know I am having trouble with the balance as well. But I am starting to get my chops for the discipline to blog and do real estate. It will pay off in several ways. You will get more business, but you will also be better at what you do from the learning and skill building here in the RAIN. Blog and prosper! I think that might be a new post!

JEANEAN:  I believe that in the not-too-distant future, consumers will be looking for agents with blogs.  It is the newest form of technology, and only 4% of us are using it, and arguably an even smaller percentage are using it effectively.  I need to start working on some outside blogs as well.  Good post, Jeanean.
