Well, I came home last night to read about the new feature that ActiveRain is introducing this AM. I'm just getting comfortable with my efforts with New Localism which I am very excited for our consumers. Drilling down to the local communities and providing color and market trends will take using the computer to learn about markets to a whole new level. We are building an amazing knowledge base that will help the consumer tremendously.
I am also taking some new coachng that I have projects going and a couple of new projects on market niches for first time home buyers and the golf course lifetsyle. My plate seems pretty full and now we get to look at whole new universe that's being created on listings and pay per click for the 7 million.....did Bob Stewart (ActiveRain) say 7 million people that click into ActiveRain each day.
ActiveRain continues to be completely focused on the ability of Realtors and Real Estate Agents to bring to the consumer every conceivable feature and capability in learning about and finding that professional relationship with a Realor that can delivery their real estate goals. They continue to build an infrastructure designed to deliver real estate trends and knowledge to the consumer.
This new feature that is being introducted this AM is the abililty to begin searching within the ActiveRain environment for the homes or properties the consumer is looking for. It is an ingenius solution for helping a consumer go further by connecting to listings directly.
One thing you have to say for these incredibly creative bunch (the AR Team) is that they provide good instructions with the combination of the post, the video and follow up with Brad's step by step....made it fairly easy. The system had a few hiccups....however it all got done and so we are off on another adventure....me and my consumer. There is never any doubt on my part....after all I'm a change agent and technology junkie.....so I would always be compelled to give it a try. I am all set up and ready for my consumer to find those properties they are interested in. We are making it easier every day.
So...I'm off to work today to start a project on Time Blocking, making my coaching calls, working on three short sale files.....plus updating websites on three lowered prices for three listings....Yeah.....please let them sell. I'm heading out to Bella Vista to replace a sign and try to figure out how to get a "Reduction" rider on the signage....somehow.....double-stick tape....I guess. I'm planning a "First Time Home Buyer" seminar centered around the new Tax Credit and building a new blog/website for the golfing community here in Redding. Oh, and I'm suppose to be cutting back on hours.
Listing Router....oh yeah.....bring it on! Just one more thing that's way more exciting than most of the things I'm doing on a daily basis.....even though I enjoy every aspect of what I'm doing. Taking that break to take a ride out to Bella Vista will be the better part of my day....and of course there will be a photo shoot involved somewhere! I love doing what I do....being a Realtor that is. Look how fun and diverse it is.
Oh....I forgot....little self absorbed here....the concept of the Listing Router is pretty amazing.....I'm just getting use to all the genius mentality that lives here in AR and I'm just loving it! The consumer is going to love it, as well.
