Whenever we head up to Shingletown or to visit Lassen Volcanic National Park, we always plan our trip around eating at the Ponderosa Pines Inn. Located on Highway 44 right before snow line this quaint and home town eatery is a great place to eat. Whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner you get that Big Welcome and great food. Dinner at Ponderosa Pines feels like home with many local residents makes the restaraunt their regular place for meeting and visiting with friends. I've written about the Ponderosa Pines Inn before, however you can never talk about a good thing to often!
